Year 9, 10 and 11 Indigenous students from Joeys attended AIME (Australian Indigenous Mentoring Experience) day at the University of Sydney last Friday 12th August.
The Year 9 sessions consisted of ‘Aboriginal Art – connecting with Culture’, ‘Guest Speakers who are making a difference –e.g. Social Worker and Marathon Runner Nathan Riley’. As well as the Olympic “aimes” where a large group of our boys won medals.
