Last minute departure times are proving to be a little problematic for the staff on duty in the dorms at 5pm. If we could try and make these changes earlier and by 3.30pm that would be very helpful as the staff are often at sport after this time and trying to adjust this at the last minute with a large amount of boys signing out can be difficult.
