Oscar Bäck and Finlay Ryan, who are continuing their study of Spanish (which they previously studied at home in the USA) by doing Distance Education Spanish through the NSW School of Languages as one of their electives, are currently working on a cultural assignment about food in the Spanish-speaking world.

One of the requirements, in addition to research and a presentation, was to source an authentic recipe in Spanish and film themselves cooking it, using as much Spanish to describe the ingredients needed and the cooking instructions.
