Earlier this week Brendan Zenere and Tyler Boddington had a Mandarin excursion to the Sinofield centre at Leura.  Both are part of our after-hours Mandarin Maintenance program for students with significant previous study/home connection with the Mandarin language. The trip was a great chance to get hands-on with cultural and language activities: a Chinese tea ceremony, musical instrument playing, calligraphy, dumpling making and Dragon dancing were all on the menu.
