Parents of Day Students – your son will bring home with him the NSW School Vaccination Consent Form over the next couple of days
Parents of Boarders – you will receive the Consent Form in the mail. I posted these today so you should receive them in the next few days.

Could you please read the information and sign and return by 12th March to Sr. Helen Peters in the Health Centre

Please note- NSW Health will not accept Faxed or email copies- it must be the original.

Vaccination Dates are:
21st March- HPV 1 and dTpa
30th May- HPV 2

Please note that only two HPV’s are required.

If you have any questions relating to the immunisation itself please phone your local Public Health Unit on 1300066055

If you don’t receive the form please contact Sr. Peters and she will send a replacement.

On Friday March 2, Year 7 will participate in a PE Incursion at the Park. The boys will need to wear their PE uniform – White Shirt, PE shorts, white socks and joggers to school. As always they will also need to wear their Blazer to school and when they sign out at 5pm.

They will have normal classes from Periods 1-4.

The poster above is on the Year 7 notice board and will be promoted on the screens in the dorms. The boys have been encouraged to have a go at these competitions and I ask that you have a discussion with your son about them when you can.
