Singing Practice for Grandparents Day
Friday May 4 (week 1) Period 2
Move to the Chapel at the start of Period 2. Enter in Silence.
Saturday Sport/Compulsory Rugby Attendance
Saturday May 5 @ 2pm
Be seated in the grandstands at the Park by 2pm. Wear your Full BLUES. If your game is 1pm or later you can wear your College Tracksuit. The dorms on Saturday close at 1.30pm
Grandparents Day
Monday May 7 Periods 1-4 Wear your Full Blues
• Meeting Period 1 in the Resource Centre Theatre
• No Classes Periods 1-4
• Meet your Grandparents from 9.30am at the Circular Lawn
• Those without Grandparents attending I will give you some tasks to do
• There is a Liturgy in the Chapel from 10am. Please sit with your Grandparents. Those without Grandparents attending are to sit in the top section of the Chapel
• Tours with Grandparents at 10.45am – show them around the College
• Recess at 11.30am
• Photos taken near the Circular Lawn – be sure to get this with your Grandparents
• Musical items in the Br Emillian Hall at 12pm
• Lunch at 1pm – have lunch with your grandparents or the rest of the Year 7
• Normal classes for Periods 5 and 6
Year 7 Dinner Friday June 1 6.30pm

Start to think about who you want on your table – tables of 9 or 10 this includes your parents so 3 or 4 boys max per table
