Sleep for teenagers

Did you know that experts recommend that teenagers should have 8-10 hours of sleep per night to function best?

This week in pastoral groups (what is a pastoral group?) the boys have been discussing the importance of sleep. They discussed the impact that sleep has on academic and sporting performance. They also discussed how teenagers need much more sleep than adults.
