Athletics carnival 1

Monday 26 March was St Josephs Day and also the College Athletics carnival. The day started with a mass in the hall for the Feast of St Joseph and then the boys headed over to the Park for the athletics.

Boys can elect to complete in a range of track and field events, most of which have Division and Championship events. In addition, all boys compete in the 100m sprint and 200m sprint. Lunch is a BBQ cooked by the Year 12 boys.

Boys compete for their colour house with points allocated to each house from each event. For the record the Red house won the day in 2018 and were treated to a special lunch leave in the days following.
