In the First Round of the GPS Competition, Joeys 1st XI defeated High 5/168 to 10/167. Liam and Gus put on an unbeaten 57 run partnership which was instrumental in Joeys winning the game. Liam finished 32 not out while Gus was undefeated on 20 runs. Gus also bowled well to take 1/27.
