Geography Excursion

All of Year 10 spent the day in the city on a Geography excursion on a beautiful winter’s day in Sydney. It allowed them to view for themselves the urban renewal which has taken place in Pyrmont and Barangaroo and examine the links to the past of the area. As well as observing, the boys needed to complete a work booklet as they made their way around the various sites.

The day also included a ferry trip on the Harbour to which allowed the boys to learn about the Indigenous heritage of the area. This included a stop on Goat Island where the boys participated in a traditional dance.

The boys were extrememly well behaved and conscious of others. Staff received numerous comments from members of the public commenting on how well they were representing themselves and their school.
