Please find attached a letter which gives you instructions for booking Parent-Student-Teacher interviews for your son in Years 8-10. These interviews will be held by Zoom on Sunday 31st July between 9 am and 3:30 pm.
The booking system does not open until 8 am next Tuesday 28th June and will shut at 11:55 pm on the evening of Tuesday 26th July. Bookings cannot be made before next Tuesday.
As some parents from rural or regional areas may be away from home on the weekend of the Parent-Student-Teacher Interviews or some boys may be in a different place to their parents, the Resources Centre will be open and available for parents and boys to use if they require a quiet space to conduct their Zoom interviews.
This year, as well as making your bookings through the PTO System, parents will go back into PTO to obtain the Zoom links for their interviews. If you are in a different location to your son, you will need to give him your PIN for PTO so he can access the Zoom links for his interviews.
