The staff and students travelling on the upcoming immersion to the Kimberley were acknowledged at the Headmaster’s Assembly this morning.
The boys who competed in the recent Titration competition were also acknowledged.
The following boys were recognised for their recent sporting achievements:
Daniel Zubani: Selected to represent GPS in the CIS Cross Country Championships in June
Max Merifield: Selected to represent GPS in the CIS Cross Country Championships in June
Matteo Mastro: Selected to represent GPS in the CIS Cross Country Championships in June
Oliver Neate: Selected to represent GPS in the CIS Cross Country Championships in June and finished 1st Place in the Under 17s 6km race
Darcy Dessent AFL Selected in the GPS President’s team to play CAS in June
Vitorio Ribiero Sardinha: Captained the NSW Tennis team to victory at the School Sport Australia ‘Pizzey Cup’, with the team remaining undefeated throughout the competition. Vitoria was also selected in the All-Australian Schoolboy team.
Jack Cullen was also presented with an Honour Blazer for rowing the 1st VIII in 2023.
