It was great to welcome the boarders back on Monday night and the day students back to school on Tuesday morning.
In talking with the boys this week I mentioned how important it was to make the most of every minute this year. The picture below shows the 172 boarders on Monday night while I was chatting to them. It seems only yesterday but the next picture below that shows the same time exactly 5 years ago with the 32 boarders that started in Year 7. Time really does pass quickly!
The good news is that the boys have started really well and have got straight into their studies, sport and leading the school in singing and cheering. I will post some photos soon of our BBQ tonight with their Year 7 buddies.
