At the Headmaster’s Assembly 29 Year 12 students were presented with Colo Leadership Training Certificates. These boys were selected as Colo Leaders in Year 11 and led groups of younger students on their Colo trips during 2023.
The Cricket team who represented us at the Marist Cricket Carnival during the previous holidays were also presented with the trophy for winning the carnival.
Finally, a number of individual sport awards were presented:
- Jack Barclay: scored 152 runs at the Marist Cricket Carnival, scored 103 not out against the NSW Under 16 cricket team
- Callum McCall: scored 54 not out against the NSW Under 16 cricket team
- Billy Blair: Set a new State record at the little athletics Region Championship in the in 100m: New record time of 10.64 seconds
- Cooper Portlock: at the 2023/24 NSW Senior State Age Championships achieved the following results:
- 1st in the 12s – 18s 400m Medley Relay
- 1st in the 15s – 17s 200m Medley Relay
- 3rd in the 12s – 18s 400m Freestyle Relay
- 3rd in the 15s – 17s 200m Individual Medley
