SHAKING HANDS

In this video we look at a demonstration of how not to shake hands. Coaches are encouraged to work on this with the teams that there is consistency across the school in this process.

This video highlights the need for attention in this area. You can see that there appears to be a growing trend in poor execution of the handshake. We need to address this sooner rather than later with the boys before it becomes epidemic.
