Throughout the year we would like to provide Year 8 parents and carers a look inside life at the College.

On Monday this week over 900 boys enjoyed Beef Nachos for lunch. And just in case you are considering a lunch leave for the entire College here is what you would need to pull it off!!

Nachos
25KG Beef mince
10 litre Stock
51KG Pepperonata sauce
27KG Tomato paste
15KG Onions
2KG Garlic
80 KG Corn chips
30KG Shredded cheese
1.5KG Taco tomato salsa

Salad Bar
120 heads Iceberg lettuce
15KG Tomatoes
32KG Sliced cheese
10KG Cucumber
42KG Beetroot
30KG Ham
30KG Salami

120 loaves of bread
400 Bread rolls
