Tom Gates is a great series written by L. Pichon about a boy with an older sister who is always grumpy and a best mate called Derek. He lives a life like most elementary school children besides his wacky family! This series is a great read if your looking for a comedy or something to cheer you up. I laughed the whole way through. There are great ideas and funny drawing throughout the book and a great part on his teacher with a mustache [ Mrs Worthingtash]. This is a great series and I highly suggest reading it. I give it 5 stars!
