Please note that our final reporting time at Sydney International Airport is 2 ½ hours prior to departure so please endeavor to be at the airport no later than 6:45am. Please look for the teachers – Mr. MacMaster, Mr. Conlon, Mr. Drewitt-Smith and Mr. Sidgreaves who will be on hand to assist with the check in procedure.

Upon arrival in Chitose Airport you will be met at your arrival gate by the Skybus representative who will take you to the Baggage area to collect all baggage. Once this process is complete your TRAVELPLAN representative will escort you to the private air conditioned / heated coach and travel with you to Niseko.
For those passengers waiting who have not arrived by flight, please meet Skybus staff on the 1st floor at the Travelex counter adjacent to ANA arrivals and let them know you are part of the St Josephs Group.

NISEKO LIFT PASSES – VALID FROM JANUARY 16TH, 2011 FOR SEVEN DAYS
Lift passes will be delivered to your accommodation by Travelplan Guest Services. The Niseko All Mountain Pass is valid for the three Niseko ski regions of Grand Hirafu, Higashiyama and Annupuri. Lift passes are also valid for night skiing, when in operation. A key card deposit of 1000YEN per person is included and refundable upon return after your last day of skiing.
