Dear Parents and Carers
The boys have completed their half yearly examinations and they are to be congratulated on how they conducted themselves during this period. They were always writing to the end in all exams, entered the hall in silence and were very cooperative at the end of exams as their papers were collected. I could not have asked for more perfect behaviour. You should be very proud of your sons, they are the most cooperative, polite, well mannered students I have ever had the pleasure to work with and numerous other teachers have made the same comment. I truly thank you for raising such outstanding young men. Over the next week results will start to filter through and I strongly encourage you to inquire into your sons’ results in these exams. There will be some outstanding achievements and these students should be congratulated on their success but there will also be some disappointments. It is a very important life skill to accept disappointment and self assess in order to put in place strategies so that this does not occur again. A man’s true character is not displayed in victory but in how they react to disappointment. During next term’s Division meetings and during night study, I will be discussing with students strategies for improving on their half yearly examination results.
Regards
Darren Frost
