Leave and Boardingware

All leave that your son takes from the College needs to be entered into Boardingware. The one exception is day student departure times (click here for more information).

Please note:

• Any leave of one or more school days that requires your son to be absent from a school day requires the approval of the Headmaster. Email headmaster@joeys.org
• Lunch leaves are entered by your son, they do not need your approval as they do not leave the College grounds.
• Changes to day student departure times after the parent portal closes can be made by entering a “Day Student Time Change” leave in Boardingware but these changes should be rare.
