Year 7 Reflection Day

On Friday Year 7 had a wonderful experience engaging with their Religious Education Teachers and with the Year 12 Liturgical Leaders as they began their journey in learning about the Marist history, traditions and culture of St Joseph’s College.

Year 7 worked within small groups with the Liturgical Leaders about what it means to be Marist and a Joe Boy. Along with the Religious Education Teachers, Brother Anthony spoke to Year 7 and before lunch there was a ‘treasure hunt’ around the school to find significant Marist symbols.

After lunch the Reflection Day culminated in a Mass lead by Fr. Gavin Foster and boys were presented their College Bible by Dr. Hayes.
