Spring fair 2019

SPRING FAIR 2019 – Sunday 10th November 2019

Dear SJC families,

The 2019 Spring Fair committee invites you to take some time to sort out your cupboards and garage and gather up items you may no longer want or need. Collections for Spring Fair White Elephant Stall run by Year 7 parents will take place in Term 3. The dates for collection in Term 3 are:

Friday 9th August                       3.00pm – 5.00pm
Saturday 17th August                 9.00am – 11.00am
Friday 23rd August                     3.00pm – 5.00pm
Saturday 31st August                  9.00am – 11.00am
Friday 6th September                  3.00pm – 5.00pm
Thursday 12th September           3.00pm – 5.00pm
Friday 20th September                3.00pm – 5.00pm
Thursday 26th September           3.00pm – 5.00pm

The White Elephant Collection room is next to the Uniform Shop.

Before choosing an item to give to White Elephant, consider whether you would want someone else to pay money for it. Year 7 work extremely hard to pull a huge amount of items together to sell for 100% profit to the P&F, so please don’t make them throw out your rubbish. Please no soft toys, electronics that don’t work, underwear or sleepwear.

SPONSORS AND PRIZES

The Spring Fair Committee are also looking for Prizes for the Spring Fair Raffle. Last year we were lucky enough to have a family donate their holiday house and it was a huge success. If you have any great prizes or would like to “Sponsor an Event’ at this year spring fair e.g. the new Touch Footy Comp prize, please contact Jules from the Spring Fair Committee at julianne@walker.net
